Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and accounts shared with us.
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and materials created by TheDigitalMark.in remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After payment, rights may be transferred as per agreement.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our intellectual property without authorization.
We strive to deliver services with accuracy and professionalism, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., rankings, conversions, election outcomes).
TheDigitalMark.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We may use third-party platforms (Google, Meta, analytics tools, CRM, etc.) to deliver services.
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or policies enforced by these third parties.
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice.
Upon termination, clients are responsible for all dues up to the date of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
